We took a lot of time for a sophisticated and stylish result to make you feel at home.
A lovingly furnished apartment awaits you in the beautiful part of Lower Franconia.
The renovated apartment is very bright and stylishly furnished.
Charming combination of quiet location and nearby destinations such as monastery, wine and city.
Unfortunately, the apartment is NOT suitable for infants.
The space
Unfortunately, the dishwasher is broken at the moment. This will soon be replaced or repaired on 04/27/2025. We ask for your understanding, thank you very much.
The fully equipped kitchen with small freezer, fridge, stove, microwave, toaster and coffee machine leaves nothing to be desired.
The spacious bathroom features a shower, bath and toilet.
The place is cozy, clean and comfortably furnished.
It is all well maintained and of high quality.
The garden is the work of our grandmother. Please understand that it cannot be used. Our dear grandma wants to have her privacy there.
The bathroom is fully equipped with a toilet, sink and shower. It also offers plenty of space for your own utensils. The bathtub is NOT available at the moment.
Both bedrooms are located on the second floor. One of the two bedrooms is separated from the apartment by an additional door.
The lower apartment is only inhabited by one person, our grandmother, and the staircase is almost always quiet. Of course, the bedroom has a door to the staircase.
Guest access
The stairs lead up to the 2nd floor via the shared main entrance.
Free parking is available right in front of the apartment.
Please do not park in reverse.

Important:
Both bedrooms are located on the first floor. One of the two bedrooms is separated from the apartment by an additional door.
The lower apartment is only inhabited by one person, our grandmother, and the staircase is almost always quiet. Of course, the bedroom has a door to the staircase.
1. Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited!
2. Candles are strictly prohibited! The candle holders in the apartment are for decoration only!!!
3. Always turn off the heating when not in use, especially when leaving the apartment!!
4. No torrent downloads!
5. If a visit is expected, we would like to be informed.
6. Please note the information on waste separation that we will send you before arrival.
Stove and oven are switched off
Upon departure:
1. The fridge and freezer are COMPLETELY empty
2. Dishwasher is emptied and the dishes are COMPLETELY and cleanly put away.
3. All faucets are turned off
4. All bed linens are removed
5. All windows are closed
6. All lamps are switched off
7. The furniture is in its place
8. The apartment is tidy
9. All personal belongings are packed
10. Damage has been reported!
