House integrated with nature, unique on a large and wooded plot, all glazed and very cozy. It has a barbecue, wood-burning stove and pizza oven inside the kitchen. Suspended wooden terrace, very close to trees, squirrels and birds. Space for a bonfire in the garden. Close to Avenida Monte Verde, where commerce and great restaurants are concentrated.
End of year, Christmas and New Year's Eve: minimum of 5 nights.

The space
The house is the perfect space to connect with nature and forget the daily rush. We have Wi-Fi and fiber optic TV, a DVD player with several movies. We also have some board games and books at your disposal. The village of Monte Verde is very rustic, with few paved streets. The location of my house ensures the guest can drive around the city without problems on rainy days.
Important notes: The house has a mezzanine and a terrace high up. Therefore, children are only allowed under supervision. Pets - please consult me.
