A self contained 2 bedroomed semi-detached home in FY1 (Central), located on a quiet residential road.

The town centre, Tower, Winter Gardens, promenade and seafront are around 15 mins walk and the beautiful historic 390 acre Stanley Park is a 10 min walk away.

Only a short stroll to the shopping area of Whitegate Drive with its many amenities inc. grocery stores, restaurants, shops and bars.

The space
This 1920’s built ‘home from home’ is welcoming, warm, clean and comfortable; ensuring your stay in Blackpool is enjoyable. The entire house and enclosed patio garden is yours only for the duration of your stay. Upon your arrival, there will be a complimentary welcome hamper with many essentials needed to start your holiday.
Take a step back in time by admiring the historic Blackpool pictures adorning the walls in both of the reception rooms. There are also historic Blackpool postcards around the home to admire.

Neutrally painted and decorated throughout with fitted carpets.

Lounge; a welcoming airy room with a large bay window to sit and enjoy a drink. Equipped with a flat screen TV (Freeview channels), Xbox 360, DVD player and a great selection of DVDs suitable for all ages. There is a cosy gas fire and comfortable lounge seating for four people.

Dining room; a spacious light and airy room with a solid wood dining table and chairs for four people. A children’s basket of games, toys and books. UPVc French doors lead from the dining room onto the private, enclosed patio garden with patio dining furniture for al-fresco dining on the warmer days and evenings.

Kitchen; small equipped kitchen with a 4-ring gas stove and oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine (capsules included). Crockery, pots and pans, utensils etc for four people.

Two bedrooms;
A very large master bedroom with a brand new Silentnight super-king sized bed, vintage dressing table and stool, luggage rack, hairdryer and a vintage wardrobe. This bedroom easily accommodates a travel cot.
Then a further double bedroom with comfy memory foam topped double bed, chest of drawers with vanity mirror and fitted wardrobe.
Blackout curtains in both bedrooms and anti-allergy mattress and pillow protectors are fitted on both beds.

Bathroom; bathroom with shower over full sized bath. New bath, toilet and sink have been fitted recently along with new flooring.

Vodafone WiFi; good connection throughout entire property.

New Bosch combination boiler providing instant hot water and central heating which is guest controlled via Bluetooth digital panel in dining room.

Family friendly; XBOX 360, a varied selection of children’s toys, books and DVDs for the little ones. Please kindly let me know if you require the travel cot and high-chair for your stay so these can be set up ready for your arrival.

All linens, towels, dish towels etc are provided for your stay here.

Welcome hamper provided with bottled mineral water, fresh milk, tea, coffee, sugar, Nespresso coffee pods, Kellogg’s cereal, biscuits, snacks etc. We also provide fresh bread, pastries, juice and preserves for stays of 3 nights or more.

Save your money on Blackpool town centre car parking with the use of our complimentary residents parking pass available for your sole use during your visit. Note; only one permit is available, however additional free parking is available within a short walk on Whitegate Drive.

Early booking advised to secure rates shown. Significantly reduced rates for 7 nights or more and additional discount for whole month bookings. Discount will be applied automatically at payment stage.

Allergy awareness;
Please note that this property is pet friendly, ultimately this may mean that there may be minimal traces of pet hair in the property. We do use a commercial standard Dyson HEPA filtered vacuum and our cleaner removes any traces found during change over.

This is an older property which we have modernised whilst maintaining some original 1920’s features such as interior doors and woodwork. The master bedroom and bathroom have the dividing wall with the adjoining semi-detached property.

Guest access
Entire home. This home is solely set-up for AirBnB only and no personal belongings are in this home. The patio garden and house are for your use only during your stay.

Other things to note
A semi-detached home which is situated on a quiet residential street just ten-fifteen minutes stroll to the town centre of Blackpool, Lancashire.

Stairs: Baby gates are not provided. Please bear this in mind before booking.

Due to being close to the town centre, the road is resident permit parking only. One permit is available which enables you to park opposite the house. Extra free parking for additional vehicles is just 5mins walk from property on Whitegate Drive.

Allergy advice; this home is pet friendly. We use a commercial standard HEPA filter vacuum cleaner but some traces may remain. The house is regularly treated with commercial grade flea and tick repellent.

Strictly no smoking inside the property.

Property to be left tidy on guests departure and respected during their stay please.

Main boiler power switch is located outside of the bathroom and must not be turned off.
