You can WALK everywhere and buses are also only a short walk away!
The Sunset Strip is a 2 minute walk uphill.
Santa Monica Blvd is only a 8 minute walk downhill.
Beverly Hills border.
Fun times for all!
Please be aware that this is a shared house with me and a very sweet, friendly non-shedding, well trained small dog. :)
I want you to have the best experience possible while staying in my home.
With that being said please READ through all of the information below.
This way there will be no surprises and you can relax and enjoy your stay here!
Fun neighborhood and great location! The house is located right in the heart of the Sunset Strip.
Rock and roll history galore!
The neighborhood is ranked with one of the highest walking scores.
My street has a slight incline up to the Sunset strip but it's a very short 2 minute walk.
Santa Monica Blvd. is a 8 minute walk downhill.
You can walk to shops, restaurants, bars, shopping and nightlife!
Walking Distance to Soho House, The Rainbow, The Roxy, The Whiskey and border of Beverly Hills!
This is a 2 bdrm / 2 bath house. You have your own bathroom with a huge king size bed and your own bathroom.
This is my personal home, so only reliable, trustworthy adults will be approved.
Your bedroom has a huge 4 poster king-size bed. There is also a living room, newly updated kitchen, full size washer and dryer and a super nice yard to enjoy a cup of coffee in or just relax. Even though the home is right near the world famous Sunset Strip the home is super quiet and peaceful.
Street parking is included with a parking pass but if you don't have a car my neighborhood has a "85% Walking Score" which means you can walk to markets, restaurants, nightlife.
Buses run just blocks from my house so it is VERY easy to get around.
The house has wireless internet.
There is an additional $25.00 per night fee for an extra person.
The house is musician friendly. Great location if you happen to playing in town. Actors, the place is great if you're in town for pilot season or anything else. The house is centrally located.
The location is prime WEHO, walking to the Sunset Strip and Beverly Hills which are all west of La Cienega. The house is in the city’s cultural center; the convergence of arts entertainment, upscale shopping, world-famous rock clubs, world-famous “boys’ town, LA’s “restaurant row.”
Hollywood and Universal Studios, are just minutes away by car.
Beverly Hills borders West Hollywood and is just a 3 minute drive away.
It's a gorgeous drive to the beach winding down Sunset Blvd until it ends at the ocean. Fantastic view! The drive is about 25 minutes and it takes you right through Beverly Hills, Westwood (UCLA), Brentwood, Bel Air, Pacific Palisades, etc.
I'm happy to give directions, etc. and answer any questions you may have. I've lived in the neighborhood for 29 years and know my way around pretty well.
The closest hotels:
The London: $419.00 per night plus $40.00 per day for parking.
Petit Ermitage: $345.00 per night plus $42.00 per day for parking
Ramada $200 per night plus $30 per night for parking
****Socializing is off-site only. The number of guests in your reservation are the max # that should ever be in the house, per my insurance and also because of the neighborhood. This is not a party house. There are those available so please book them. Only respectful, reliable adults will be considered for a stay.
****Final Note: I want you to feel taken care of here, that you had an clean, insanely centrally-located house in a safe, fun, area in a room with high thread count sheets on a solid, comfy bed and hotel-worthy TV channel selection. Just help me not go into your security deposit by leaving the house neat and in the condition you found it with removal of all personal items upon departure. Cleaning fee is to scrub bathroom, wash linens, and tidy up. It is not to wash your dirty dishes, remove your personal garbage or clean a home that looks as if a rock band trashed a hotel room. Security will be held back for excessive cleaning, something I've never done yet, but I refuse to raise rates on vast majority of great guests because of a few bad apples.
I have many friends on the block and we all keep an eye out for each other. In addition if my place is booked contact me as I have a few friends in the neighborhood who may have a place on available on airbnb.
FAQ: Do I allow smoking? No smoking
FAQ: Parking? There is FREE & EASY parking right in front of the house . All area hotels charge for parking-- $30-40 per night-- so my safe-free parking is quite the deal!
FAQ: Can I have visitors? No. There should only ever be the number of guests listed on your receipt on the property. If you have a friend who wants to spend the night, the second person fee would kick in. You can settle this with me directly but please notify me in advance.
I love my neighborhood because everything is in walking distance! Markets, restaurants, the gym, the park, the library, etc. The police and fire station are only a few blocks away as well so it's a safe and friendly neighborhood.
Guests have access to the entire house with the exception of my bedroom.
Interaction with guests
I can always be contacted very easily. You are welcome to come and go as you please but feel free to let me know if there is anything you want or need.
Other things to note
socializing needs to be done outside of the house
Please, No guests on site. Socializing is outside the home only. There are tons of restaurants, coffee houses and parks close by to meet up. An overnight guest, even a last minute one, incurs the extra fee. I prefer this to be sorted out beforehand with the fee paid at check in. If you booked for one person and there are two of you at any point, the fee applies. This may seem harsh but it is listed in the posting in more than one spot. There are insurance considerations, safety issues, neighborhood issues and many reasons for not allowing guests on the property. There should be no guests on the property that are not in your original booking receipt.
No overnight guests please.
Full access to kitchen, Microwave, oven, toaster, refrigerator, blender.
Guests must clean up after themselves.
2 person max
I've been an airbnb superhost for 7 years. I love having the opportunity to meet new people from all over the world!
I work in the entertainment industry and I'm lucky enough to get to work from both home and an office.
I love being outdoors, hanging out with my friends and my dog. I live for summer which is one of the reasons I call California my home.
I love music and prefer to listen to it rather then watch TV - although I do like to catch up on bad reality shows every so often - a girl has to have some vices after all.
