This is a gorgeous room, a bright delight with a balcony, writing loft overlooking roses and view to San Francisco. A comfortable queen size bed, two extra twins and a shared spacious bath. Bring warm clothes and house shoes or socks even for our summer months.
Large windows, high ceilings, queen size bed and use of kitchen.
We have lots of small independent cafes and luncheon/dinner spots within walking distance as well as the free Pixar shuttle a block away which will bring you to the MacArthur Bart station and to our wonderful city of San Francisco.
Guests will live here like the hosts . Please clean the kitchen after you prepared food and generally bring the compost , recycling and trash out if it needs to be . Try to keep your room free of dishes , cups and debris .
Interaction with guests
Dogs will be considered at an extra cleaning fee. Even though you are visiting California it is often very cold so we advise to bring all your creature comforts of house shoes and socks for summer and thermal underwear, hats, gloves and downs and fleece for the window. We heat our house with a wood burning stove, gas heater and push-ups (just kidding).
Please bring all your valuables inside the house.
Other things to note
Dry your feet before you step out of shower and just generally pick up after yourself .
Shoes off after main door! Lock the garden gate after you come in and make sure you pull the main house door shut (quietly if possible).
Pets need to be kept in people's room.
Cancel up to 7 days before your trip and get a 50% refund plus service fees back.

I will return from visiting my Mom on April 11, please ask Michael and DylanGrace if you need anything. Happy stay with us.
We are Martina , Michael and Dylan, a fun loving international family dedicated to kindness, the outdoors, education, good nutrition, and progressive politics. We love to travel and have been on several continents already. We always enjoy learning about other cultures and ways of life. With our home we created a habitat of happiness, a home away from home where everyone of all backgrounds and foregrounds and of all religions or none are welcome. We are wireless, cook mostly organic foods and get our groceries from the Berkeley Bowl and from our local Farmers Markets. We live sustainably.
Please enjoy the tranquility of our custom build home with a sweet garden and deck along with native California plants. We usually share our house with several other guests.
