Our Airbnb rental is one of two units in a townhouse in the gated beach side community of Baja Del Mar. The balcony, and it’s panoramic ocean views, is a common area. Our Airbnb guests will have exclusive use of the gas BBQ and gas fire pit!

The space
Our Airbnb rental is a two story townhouse with a balcony that has panoramic ocean views! The house is 1000 sq. ft. and there is parking for two cars. It has direct beach access via a walk way three houses to the South. The house is fully furnished including a stocked kitchen, linens and towels.

Guest access
There is a roof top deck accessible from the balcony. If you choose to access the roof top deck please be VERY CAREFUL, it's an awkward climb up a narrow ladder. There is a gas BBQ and gas fire pit that are available to guests.

Martin and I (Dave) live in San Diego and we are both pharmacist. We met over 20 years ago and continue to surf together on a regular basis. We are both married and are busy raising our families. About 15 years ago we bought a lot in Baja Del Mar. Several years later we took the plunge and had our dream vacation house built. We continue to go to BDM as frequently as we can. We have been renting it occasionally through word of mouth. Hilda Fuentes, our BDM neighbor to the South, has done an excellent job as our property manager. We look forward to renting on a more frequent basis through Airbnb! We are new to Airbnb but are committed to working with you so that you will have an amazing vacation experience.
