Cosy cottage with a large garden by Loch Eil, looking across to Ben Nevis and the mountains.

Ideally located on the Road to the Isles, 5 miles from Fort William, 5 minutes walk to the Caledonian Canal and the Corpach locks.
The Jacobite steam train passes at the end of the garden.
Easy to access by car, bike, bus or train.

The space
This independent on the level cottage comprises :

- a living room (looks out towards the Loch) with two sofas, coffee table, bookshelf and sideboard,

- a dining area with and extendable table (4 to 6 people) and chairs,

- a fully equipped kitchen with cupboards, electric cooker with hob, oven w/ grill, microwave oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, toaster and electric kettle. Cutlery, dishes, pots and ustensiles are provided.
Meals can be taken in the kitchen as there is a table and stools.
There is a dining area off the lounge
also.

- a bedroom with a king size bed, bedside cabinets and a large wardrobe,

- a bedroom with two single beds, a bedside cabinet, a large double-door wardrobe and a chest of drawers,

If needed, the cottage can accommodate up to five persons, by using a Z-bed which is stored in the double room wardrobe.
There is also a travelling cot in the double room wardrobe.

- one bathroom (toilet, wash hand basin and bath tub with a shower),

- a corridor with two large additional cupboards. One houses the vacuum and other cleaning items. The other has space for hanging jackets and shoes.

Facing the Loch there is a large garden with a table and chairs.

At present the cottage does not have a washing machine. Should you wish to do some washing, one service wash is included in the price, just ask me.

Guest access
Guests are able to access the entirety of the cottage and garden.

Guests can also safely park their car on the private gravelled area in front of the cottage.

Corpach is located in the Lochaber district of the Highlands of Scotland. Only 5 miles on the A830 from Fort William , the Outdoor Capital of Scotland. The Lochaber area offers some of the best walking, climbing, biking, kayaking and wildlife viewing opportunities in Scotland. The west end of the Caledonian Canal is located here and during the summer months the Steam train makes its way from Fort William to Mallaig.
