Newly renovated flat in the 7th district. 35m² styled and furnished to our own tastes and standards; modern and functional with lots of attention to detail, with a kitchen worthy of serious cooking
Public transport is just on your doorstep!
This well-lit flat is conveniently located on the 1st floor with elevator access.
Special attention went into the kitchen and it's apparel. Even an amateur cook needs good knives and pans (Fissler Profi). We have provided an induction-hob-system with an oven, a microwave and dishwasher. And of course everyday appliances including a toaster, french press coffeemaker and a kettle.
You may not find the time or opportunity to shop right away, and so bread, coffee, tee, milk, butter, orange juice and eggs will be awaiting you upon your arrival. All organic of course!
The couch in the living room folds out to allow the accommodation of four people. A current newspaper with a cultural events section may help give you an overview, and we are more than happy to advise our guests with respect to the many cultural highlights and culinary delights that Vienna has to offer.
Children above the age of 12 are welcome.
This is a non-smoking apartment.
Interaction with guests
My husband and I live in an apartment in the front house and are always at your service if you would like any advice and tips about restaurants, exhibitions, concerts or theatres and are more than happy to book tickets for you.
Other things to note
Since nobody enjoys not knowing what to do with their luggage on their final day and starting off their jouney home sweaty and tired from dragging around luggage, guests are welcome to stay in the apartment until the evening.
No outside guests besides pre-approved guests in the apartment please.
No smoking. No pets.
Please leave the place in the same state you found it.

Willkommen!
