About 2 miles from Hampton Beach, far enough away to escape the traffic but close enough to enjoy all of the attractions.

Disclaimer: This is not a Sheraton Hotel. You will not be getting fresh clean towels every day. We can only provide a certain amount of towels for your stay based on how long you are staying. You will have to hang your towels up to dry and reuse them for a couple of nights for showering. We don’t have the water capacity or the washing machine capacity to provide new towels every single day. We do not provide beach towels.

There is only room for parking for 1 car per unit. This is a building with 6 studios in it. Not suitable for parties as there are other guests staying next door. Be respectful of the other guests. Quiet hours start at 11:00 PM.

This is a low price, great place to stay that is right across the street from the beach at an affordable price. The reason that it is affordable is because there are no amenities that a high-end hotel has. If you are expecting room service and a maid to clean the rooms every day I suggest staying at the Ashworth Hotel down the street for $300/night.

Located right on the coastline - this studio is walking distance to a local bar, surf shop, coffee/cafe and local ice cream shop. A short bike/car ride up the coast to all the state parks including Hampton Beach.
