This recently-renovated stylish home with a mid-century vibe has all the amenities needed for a fun and relaxing stay in Grand Rapids! Enjoy year-round wild life in a peaceful setting overlooking a small lake. But don't forget to also enjoy the city life that Grand Rapids has to offer! The house is only 5 minutes from I-96 and 15 minutes from downtown Grand Rapids.

The space
Guests are able to use all unlocked spaces - 2 full floors which include 2 living rooms, kitchen, dining, 4 bedrooms, & 2.5 bathrooms.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home, except the basement level, the garage, and the basement office/walk-out (none of which are accessible from the guest areas).

Other things to note
Only 3-4 parking spaces are available in the driveway (depending on the size of vehicles). Please be aware that pulling out of the driveway (due to a hill which reduces visibility) can be dangerous if you don't use the turnaround. NO street parking.
