The space
The exterior area of this villa is really beautiful. If features gardened areas together with a salt water pool of 8 x 4 metres with a depth ranging from 0.5 to 1.20 metres. The completely furnished porch invites to celebrate wonderful family evenings and enjoy a succulent barbecue. The property is fenced and there are neighbours around.

The 90 m2 one-storey house comprises two bedrooms with two twin beds each, as well as air-conditioning, a bathroom with a bathtub and another one with a shower. We can prepare a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with your baby. A luminous and cosy space accommodates the living-dining room. It features air-conditioning, satellite TV, a comfortable sofa, a coffee table, a closed fireplace and a table with chairs. The separate kitchen offers a ceramic hob and all utensils needed to comfortably cook. There is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

This villa is in the countryside but only a few minutes drive from the village, Sencelles. This is a lovely town in the centre of the island where you will find a little supermarket, a bank, restaurants and all basic services for your stay. You will need a car to reach the beach and other areas of the island. In about half an hour drive you get to the northern coast that features beautiful sandy beaches with crystalline waters like, for example, Playa de Muro, Can Picafort and Alcúdia. You will need the same amount of time to reach the Southern coast.
