Fantastic and cosy 1 bedroom flat/studio in the heart of Chlakis in Euboea. The apartment (2 floor) is roughly 37sq metres, it's in a great location on the main yacht harbour of Evripos. The flat is ideally located seconds away from the nicest restaurants, bars, coffee places, banks, stores and supermarkets. It is also a maximum 10 minutes walk from the main train station that links Athens and the Airport with Chalkida (just 94km/1hr drive). The flat is very secure while building contains lift.

With regards accessing the flat:
Entering the building, there are few steps leading to the lift that gets you to the flat. It features free WiFi, a spacious balcony , autonomous Air Condition , armchairs, kitchen, coffee machine and a TV. Last but not least, a wonderful hostess my mother Vaso.

My job is involved with luxury real estate and yachting internationally, so that is a daily responsibility for me! That is a beautiful and cosy apartment on such a great location with stunning views and so close to the sea, amenities, cafes, restaurants etc, while is ideally located 45 minutes to Athens.
