As seen in Southern Living Magazine! The perfect spot for social distancing! Come isolate in nature. "Daisy" is a 1978 Layton 19 foot camper on 25 acres. Bright & cheerful. Queen bed, table w/ bench seating. Kitchenette has a small fridge/freezer, sink & 1 burner induction cooktop (no oven). Basic utensils provided. Enjoy stargazing while sitting by the fire pit. Eat dinner & play games (provided) on the picnic table. An experience to remember!

This cool vintage camper, "Daisy" is on Deerfield Farms in Floyd, VA.
It's more like a tiny house than a camper. We want you to have a unique experience. It's going to be awesome!
Please note the cooktop is a 1 burner induction burner. Best location!
If you are traveling with others- consider booking our other properties on Airbnb-the geodesic dome which sleeps two or the converted school bus, "Flo". You can see the Dome from the camper.

Where you’ll be

Floyd, Virginia, United States

Deerfield Farms is 25 acres of rolling pastures and mature woods. A walking trail is carved out along the perimeter of the property where you can watch cows graze in neighboring pastures. We are approximately 3.5 miles from the stop light in downtown Floyd. Located on a quiet dead end street. Our 150+ year old farm house is also on the property but far enough away to ensure your privacy. We hope you will come visit this unique property - our friends rave about the clear star-filled sky at night.
If you want to hike- Buffalo mountain (20 min drive) is my favorite. I would rate it moderate to easy- 1 mile up and you get a 360 degree view at the top.
There is tubing and kayaking at “On the Water” in Floyd. Also fun.
Check out Buffalo Mountain Brewing company- 332 Webbs Mill Road (3 miles from house) and 5 Mile Mountain Distillery (4 miles away). Also, read the "house manual" for other things to do.
