This ground floor bachelor pad is small enough for one and big enough for two. Its attached to the main house but has a private entrance and all its own amenities. Kitchen, bathroom are all ensuite while the living area shares the space and the view with the bedroom. This studio is perfect for long stays and a small family of 3 (sleeper couch to accommodate the extra little one). Netflix and Wifi also come with the space.

The space
This spacious studio by the riverside has an open plan living and bedroom area that looks onto the kitchen and walks on into the private bathroom. The bed is queen size and looks right onto the Namib desert. The room also has a sleeper couch in it, should you be a small family of 3- extra linen can be arranged at an extra cost. The Kitchen is a 2 plate stove, a microwave and an under the counter fridge with a wash basin and otherwise fully equipped. The bathroom is spacious and private from the space. There is secure off street parking as well as a private entrance. The space is open, comfortable and perfect for long or short stays. Situated in a tranquil suburb of Swakopmund just a 5 min drive from the towns centre, right on the edge of the Namib desert. We have an in-house laundry service on the property and daily housekeeping, both available at an extra cost.

The Riverside Studio Apartment is located in a tranquil neighbourhood of Swakopmund called Kramersdorf. If peace and relaxation is what you are looking for this will be perfect for you. The Swakop River and the Namib dunes are withing 10 minute walk, perfect for an afternoon stroll or sundowners on-top some of the oldest dunes in the world.

Swakopmund is a small old colonial town and feels like a baby Europe in the heart of the Namib desert. Odd but exquisite. From its architecture to its culture, Swakopmund mixes vibrant Africa with old traditional Europe. This small town lives where the majestic dunes of the Namib desert meet the roaring Atlantic ocean, a sight to behold. So, if history bores you there are many extreme and not so extreme activities to be enjoyed in and around Swakopmund. Its a quiet town and a simple town- relaxation and breathtaking views are a given, delicious weather and exquisite coffee culture makes it a must visit for every sloth and his grandma.
