Situated in a peaceful & quiet location yet close to the University & Upper Bangor with it's shops, pubs, cafes & supermarket while the City Centre, Pontio Theatre, Bangor Cathedral & Bangor Pier are all nearby. Anglesey and the bustling town of Menai Bridge are minutes away & Snowdonia a short drive making this your ideal base in North Wales for work or play

Bryn Y Coed apartments, with their calm picturesque setting and excellent location, are ideally suited for singles, couples & small families seeking a comfortable and special place to stay whilst visiting family friends and for business trips to Bangor University, Ysbyty Gwynedd Hospital, Pontio Arts Centre or a 5 minute drive over to Anglesey and Snowdonia National Park hosting many attractions; Zip World, Snowdon, Portmeirion, Llandudno, Conwy and Anglesey, to name but a few, are only a short drive away, easily accessible along the A55 as is the ferry to Ireland from Holyhead.The bright large well appointed apartment is in a lovely part of Bangor with most rooms overlooking the Menai Straits and just minutes from the University which you can see from the front of the house. It is a fresh and spacious apartment with two large cosy bedrooms , double & king size beds, a newly fitted kitchen, large living room and ample size bathroom with a bath and shower. The sitting room opens out onto a garden balcony with steps down to the well kept grounds and views out over the Menai Strait to the Isle of Anglesey . The University and Upper Bangor with its village like atmosphere are very close and it is just a further short walk down to the The City Centre with it's 12th century Cathedral and busy High Street where you'll find shops, bars and pubs and restaurants. Bangor Technical College is also close by as is Ysbyty Gwynedd Hospital. The newly opened Pontio Arts Centre is also within walking distance as is the historic Bangor Pier. Just a short trip takes you over the famous Menai Bridge and to the lovely little sailing port Town of the same name , renowned for its many fine restaurants and bars, shops and walks. A little further on is the sea front town of Beaumaris which is well worth a visit with its eclectic mix of shops and places to eat and of course its famous Castle.
If you turn inland then a fifteen minute drive will take to Snowdownia National Park and it's numerous attractions and the very popular Zip Wire experience 10minutes drive away. Whether your visit is for business or pleasure, Bryn Y Coed is a home away from home…
