A large converted wing of a Victorian Farm House near Kelso. Ideally located for exploring the Scottish Borders & Northumberland. We provide bed linen, towels & bathmats but do not provide anti slip mats for in the baths & shower.

The space
This beautifully restored wing provides modern comforts while retaining the period charm of the property. All three bedrooms are en-suit & two of the bedrooms can be made up as a twin or super king, the third bedroom is a twin.
Dogs are welcome at Courtyard House, although restricted to the downstairs area. We charge £10 per dog payable on arrival & trust guests to be responsible dog owners. If you have an electric vehicle that you wish to charge from the property I kindly request that you cover the cost of electricity used & pay this before you leave.
