Atmosphere, a surprise. Large living room. Antique furniture, hot orange painted walls, large crossroads of ancient roof beams. Overlooking a secret large garden, old hay storage Palazzo Romani Adami, a complex of 700, in the center of Fermo.

The space
size: 70 square meters
Large living room, kitchen. Large urban garden. Outdoor dining area. Two bedrooms: one double room, king size bed, in a lovely loft with a window that looks at the sky, one other kingh size bed separable in twins beds. Bath with terracotta brick. Living room, kitchen.
In the heart of the Marche region, tradition and beauty.
Fienile, the Barn, is also part of the large complex Palazzo Romani Adami, charming guest house and historic borgo. The apartment retains elements of the ancient mansion of the family Romani Adami: tradition and beauty.
Fienile, was one of the areas of the Palazzo used for work: the barn, it retains antique and simple furniture; represents a portion of the Marche still tied to the land, to the work and to the beauty.
Make a jouney here: Traveling to Italy and stay in our guest house is a unique experience to live the real and genuine Marche tradition, to live the real Italy.
In the heart of the Marche region, tradition and beauty.Palazzo Romani Adami Is a typical 18th Century marchesan palazzo: it still has medieval touches as well as decorative elements (floors, frescoes) in Liberty style. It is still inhabited by the old owners.
The monumental, representational part of the building is composed of: a facade with large entrance door through which carriages and horses used to enter, staircase, gallery, living rooms, ballroom, master bedrooms, terraces and courtyards.
The part which was dedicated to manufacturing is still recognizable in these rooms: the walled garden, the stables, barn, woodshed, laundry room, olive press, store rooms, wine cellars, curing room and root cellars for storing apples, grapes, walnuts and potatoes. The focus of this part is the large kitchen which still has period furnishings.

Where you’ll be

Fermo, Marche, Italy

Fermo is on the top of a hill, 7km from the sea. From the gardens of the Cathedral there are 360° views: hills, monte Conero, the Adriatic sea, the Gran Sasso and Sibillini mountain ranges.

An ancient Picene centre (IX Century BC), subsequently Roman, it maintains the urban plan of an old, important small Italian city.

Remains dating from Roman, Medieval, Renaissance, 18th Century Baroque and 19th Century.

Visit:
the Cathedral with its Gothic facade,
the diocesan museum,
the art gallery with works dating to the late Gothic period by Jacobello del Fiore and a Nativity by Rubens,
the 17th Century library with its globe room,
Roman cisterns (built in the 1st Century BC to store and purify water inside the city),
the oratory of santa monica with its important cycle of frescoes from the late Gothic period.

Alleyways, views, landscapes, historical buildings, churches: wandering through town.
