The apartment is 120 sqm divided into a spacious kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living room with a sofa bed that can also be used as an additional bedroom.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor (no elevator) with comfortable stairs.
However, you will always find someone to help you carry your suitcases.

The bathrooms are spacious and equipped with every comfort (washing machine, sink, hairdryer, etc...)

The neighborhood is very central, within walking distance of ARISTON. Corso Garibaldi is one of Sanremo's main streets and is equipped with all comforts. There are shops open 24/7 as well as meeting places such as bars, pubs, and pizzerias. No need for vehicles to get around the city as it is in the center. The apartment is just a 12-minute walk from the train station. The neighborhood is quiet but it is also one of the most important in the city, in front of the apartment is the "Palafiori". The building is affected by the thousands of events that usually take place in the city. Palafiori is also equipped with a 350-space parking lot (for a fee) open 24 hours a day. Free parking is available at Porto Sole, about 300 meters away. In the nearby Piazza Colombo (city center) there are two main streets and among the most important in Sanremo (pedestrian areas): Via Matteotti full of attractions and shops (from the Ariston to the Casino), Via Palazzo (full of shops as well as bakeries to taste the famous "Torta Verde" and/or focaccia/sardenaira.
