Beautiful newly renovated apartment in the heart of Athens! Just a few steps away from Monastiraki station and Agia Irini square which is full of bars and restaurants!

Anything you want to do and anywhere you want to visit is within walking. If you want to explore Athens, reach Acropolis and Plaka on foot in 10min walk, visit the Historical City Center this is the place to be.

The space
The apartment is situated on the third floor of the building complex, accessible with elevator. Located in the center of Athens, just 5 min walk from Monastiraki metro station (Green, Blue line) and 10 min walk from Syntagma and Omonia metro station (Red line).
It is comfortable, nice and well equipped with all the necessary facilities to make your stay in Athens unforgettable.

The apartment consists of a bright living area with a double sofa bed and a modern kitchen with all that is needed for cooking (cooker, stove, fridge, coffee machine and kettle), a bedroom with a double bed, and a nice bathroom with shower. It also has 2 a/c unites (one in the living area and one in the bedroom), smart tv, and a washing/drying machine. The a/c is used for cooling as well as warming the apartment. Linen and towels are provided.

Food, shopping and entertainment is in your doorstep. Museums, Historical sights and Theater, around the corner. Everything you want you can find it in a maximum 15 min walk from the apartment.
