The space

We offer for rent a charming small apartment with a direct access to the terasse and to the garden, near Arnufsplatz, in the old city centre of Regensburg. Although central, it has a very intimate character, perfectly suitable for a romantic weekend or a short vacation in the city of UNESCO, Regensburg.

The apartment with it's direct connection to the idylic garden is full of charm. It has been recently thoroughly renovated and is provided with everything one could need. The tea kitchenette is hidden in a cupboard, where nevertheless refrigerator, sink and dishes are included. A comfortable bath at the corner allows a romantic view to the garden. The couch is also new and can be easily converted to a double bed. The WC is located at the corridor, but it serves exclusively this apartment.
Towels and bedlinen are there and everything waits for you to enjoy the sunny days in the private terasse in the quiet garden.
Should you unfortunately not be lucky with the weather conditions, there is also a TV with satellite and DVD player in the apartment.

Other things to note

Unfortunately dogs are not allowed in this apartment since we have a cat in the garden when we stay there ourselves.

Small one room apartment with a bath in the corner and the kitchen in a cupboard!! Toilet outside the actual apartment. Quaint room though with nice garden and convenient location.

We were welcomed by Augusta's mom, and she was super nice and made sure we were comfortable and settled in. Not being familiar with the local parking rules, we were also saved from parking in a place where it would have been towed away. The apartment is very close to the Old Town, with a lot of stores and eateries nearby. We were in town for a wedding in the Altes Rathaus and couldn't have found a better place to stay. The apartment was spacious, had a lovely garden. I loved the single room apartment with a bath in the same room as the sofa-bed and the small bathroom outside the room off the hallway, it was definitely a unique experience. Although I am not sure everyone would enjoy this room due to the arrangement.

We were met by Julia who made us feel welcome and was able to give us some local knowledge. The room was full of character and it was fun staying there. It was a very good location - very close top the city center and it was very quiet.

Thank you to Frau Muller for welcoming us to Augusta's charming studio flat. The location is great, the flat was quiet and beautifully and sensitively converted and it was great to enjoy our breakfast in the garden. I would happily book this place again.

Wonderful space! Very quirky, kitchen in the cupboard, beautiful vault and cave like ceilings, bath in the bedroom, loo in the corridor etc. It's great! There is a wonderful garden with a table and chairs to eat, and the house is in a perfect and very central location. I highly recommend this apartment!

A small and quiet place in an interesting neighborhood with bars and restaurants. It is easy to reach the sights in the old town. The garden is very nice but unfortunately the weather was not so great during our stay, so we did not really use it. The room is small but has everything you need for a short stay.

Although the lighting in this studio apt. is very harsh, the room is dim. The bathroom mirror is very tiny and not above the sink. That made it difficult for my husband to shave. The handheld shower head has a short reach so you have to sit in the tub and position yourself by the faucet to shower. It's doable. The kitchen is in a cabinet. You can hardly see what's in there because there is no light inside. There is a hot plate to cook which we didn't use and a small fridge. To make coffee, I had to use a flashlight to see what I was doing in the cabinet. The toilet is outside of the apartment, down three steps and in the hallway. It is private but hard to navigate in the middle of the night so bring a flashlight. There is a light switch outside the door but it's bright when on in the middle of the night. With that said, it is a very interesting, unique place and quite the adventure for the 5 days that we stayed here. This apartment is in a 13th century building with 3 ft. thick walls. It is dark and quiet at night. It has vaulted ceilings and the garden was picturesque although too chilly for us to use at the time. The duvet, feather comforters and pillows smelled fresh and were SO soft. The bed itself was wonderfully comfortable. Parking at the Dultplatz across the river is free. I used my Garmin to find it. You can walk back across the pedestrian bridge (not the stone bridge) and it puts you practically right in front of the apartment.

I am half Greek, half German, an industrial designer who studied afterwards philosophy and history of art and currently working on my PhD in Paris.
As a designer I am passionate about interior design and spending all my savings on it. That's why I truly love my home and care a lot of it and hope you appreciate the detail in which I constantly try to improve it.
I was born in Athens, in this very hood where my appartment and home is when I am not working on my PhD in Paris - a marvelous home away from home which I would love to share with you. Accompanied with plenty of local informations and getarounds, brasseries, bars, cafes and everything else you would like to know.
I would be glad to share my experiences with some curious traveller out there!
