The entire top floor of the tallest building on the block, with unobstructed 360 degree views of West LA. Elevator opens to a private landing. Huge, sun-drenched balconies facing both west (ocean) and east (Century City skyline).

Keyless building and penthouse access provided.

I would like to do a walk through whenever possible, but I can provide access without actually meeting. Guests have my cell phone number for any questions or concerns.

Walking distance to Sushi, America food, Mexican food, fast food, grocery store, heath clubs, public park with kids pool, post office, Bank of America.

Easy 405 and 10 freeway access. 30 minutes to LAX. Central to Santa Monica, Brentwood, Bell Air, Westwood/UCLA, Century City, Bevery Hills, West LA, West Hollywood, Venice, and Marina del Ray. 3 miles to the Santa Monica pier at the ocean.

My favorite method of getting around is Lyft or UberX. Uber for the fancy occasions. Lots of taxis, car rentals, and bus lines also available. Bicycle rentals available by the beach.

Cleanliness is next to godliness.

No smoking allowed in the house, but allowed on balconies with the doors closed. No loud music and absolutely none whatsoever on the balconies. Please empty your trash into the trash chute as often as possible. Run the dishwasher and restock the pottery and plates before you check out. Our recycling bin is located in the pantry. When you checkout please make sure you empty all the garbage and recycling.

Frank's place definitely made our stay in LA very comfortable and Luxious. My friends and I are all impressed with the space of the condo, which is exactly as what the pictures show. We enjoyed the kithen, dining room and the living room a lot and used it to hang out, have breakfast and plan our trip ahead. Frank has left us some food and water in the fridge as well as two bottles of wine. (which we didn't get a chance to enjoy!) The area of west LA is certainly convenient for us to drive around Beverly Hills, and Venice beach. Frank is very approachable and responsive, it is a shame we did not meet him in person (he is travelling as well), the instructions and guidances are all very clear and easy to follow.

Frank is definitely "The Man"!!! the apartment was as described. He made us feel very comfortable and competently dealt with any issues. The little touches like a couple of bottles of wine on arrival was great. I would definitely recommend the place to anyone wanting to have a home feeling holiday with their family. Thanks again Frank.

This penthouse is in a great location with being close to the beach and relatively close to downtown. The host is very accommodating and has kept the penthouse in great condition. All the furniture and rooms were perfectly clean. There are great views from the back balcony. I highly recommend this place for anything looking for housing in LA.

What an awesome penthouse! The place was much larger than I expected, which is of course a great thing. Frank was quick to respond to any requests we had throughout the entire weekend. The location is great, centralized to the beaches and everything else you would like to explore during a trip to LA. I will definitely be staying here again during my next trip to LA.

Penthouse is a lot bigger in person! It is very beautiful, modern and, clean. It was a great place to stay easy check in and check out. If I ever needed to stay in the LA area again I would most definitely book it again.
