The space
This is a Deluxe Rented Tourists Apartment approved by the Sri Lanka Tourism Development Authority (government). The Apartment is on the first floor with a separate and private entrance. The entire unit is lockable with two outside security doors and with CCTV security camera system to cover 360 degree outside environment and you will enjoy keyless smart door access with a code, fingerprint or a smart card as you are free to go out and enter at any time of the day.

To face power cut situations we have some arrangements such as open window, use rechargeable fan and use an outside area. Please note that we do not have a generator yet.

Fire extinguisher, and first aid box are available within the apartment to maintain its safety standards. Smoke and fire combined detector is installed as standard safety measure in side the apartment.

Consisting of a large bedroom with KIng size bed and when request we will add two extra folding beds so that maximum of 4 people (2 adults and 2 children) can accommodate, 1 modern bathroom, a lobby, a nice balcony and a well-equipped kitchen (with a microwave, Bread toaster, electric kettle, and the entire set of cooking pans, cutleries and all other equipment and accessories for cooking with fun. The Apartment can easily accommodate a couple with a kid. Ideal for a couple or solo travelers.

There is a dining table and 4 chairs and an office writing table.

It comes with your own living room and open style kitchen, internet based PEO TV, Sony home theater system, DVD and free WIFI. Living area and the bathroom has the special feature of getting natural ventilation for tranquil morning showers with special protection of an aluminum net as and when required.

All the windows can be covered with blinds (adjustable shades) for privacy.
Two energy saving inverter AC units established with hot water and free Wi-Fi.
A double door fridge and a fully auto washing machine with dryer.

Extra fresh and clean linens are provided. As this is a serviced apartment, daily housekeeping to be done with the change of bed linens and dust bin and bathroom cleaning etc. Food and beverages are readily available in the close proximity.
Easy access to all lifestyle needs of international guests. At any time, our support is available around the clock. If you are an academic/professional/businessman, we will offer a mini board room facility and English/Sinhala and Tamil medium business support services at a highly discounted price. We have bicycle, tuk-tuk, car and SUV so we will provide transport facilities too to travel to any other destination with the arrangement of homestay or hotel accommodation in any required destination in Sri Lanka.

Pitakotte is an ancient Kingdom. This is the Capital City of the country. Though this is almost within the Colombo city still we get the natural trees and birds and musicians etc. Within 150m you will get a very best Thailand restaurant and Sri Lankan restaurant with the menu and delivery. This is an special arrangement for our Apartment gusts.

It will be a life changing experience for sure.

I too am a traveler. I have traveled USA, several European countries and many Asian countries. Most of my travels with are of business purpose. Of course, some of those are family trips. My wife has also traveled a lot. We have lots of friends throughout the world. When we implement research studies always, we form or establish national and international partnerships. We have lots of great memories of travels. We love travel and it's really amazing.

One exclusive thing is I have traveled to all 25 administrative districts in Sri Lanka and in each district, I have official and personal contacts with hotels, homestays and exclusive travel destinations. We have marvelous beaches, forests, sanctuaries, mountains, zoological gardens, traditional food corners, international shopping malls and very unique places which you can enjoy only in Sri Lanka with exceptional hospitality.

As a result of such community orientation we thought to form this ECO Treats Tourism company and join as a host in Airbnb too.

We love keeping a home garden with vegetables, flowers and ornamental trees including waterfalls and fish ponds etc. Though we are in the capital city we have a nice home garden, we all are readers, of course watch movies and listen to music, we love to cook too.

As a traveler I always concern and take care of the property. As a policy we never use alcohol, and do not smoke at all. I believe when we interact with people and nature, we do not need such artificial and harmful things for our life. Integrity is one of my key concerns.

As our responsibility I have partnered with selective top level entrepreneurs, Artists, professionals, small business and charities to bring Sri Lankan experiences to our international guests through Airbnb.
