Apartment A:
- Sitting room with daybed: bed is for max 2 guests, queen size 160 cm x 200 cm.
- Bedroom n.1 with two single beds 90x200: bed is for max 2 guests.
- Bedroom n.2 partially open on sitting room (no door) with with daybed: bed is for max 2 guests, queen size 160 cm x 200 cm.
- Bathroom n.1 (ensuite of bedroom n.1) with sink, toilet, bidet, shower.
- Bathroom n.2 with sink, toilet, shower.
- Kitchen, open on sitting room, with basic dishes/pans/cutlery to prepare simple meals, fridge with freezer, sink, 4 fires electric induction stove.

Apartment B:
- Spacious sitting room with daybed: bed is for max 2 guests, queen size 160 cm x 200 cm.
- Spacious bedroom with queen bed: bed is for max 2 guests.
- Bathroom with sink, toilet, bidet, bath tub (with curtain and shower).
- Kitchen with basic dishes/pans/cutlery to prepare simple meals, fridge with freezer, sink, 4 fires gas stove.

The apartments are 100sqm total, on the first floor (no ground floor), 1 flight of stairs, no elevator. The building is safe and calm. Most windows are facing south, full of natural light and airy.

The apartment is walking distance from all the touristic attractions:

- Doge's palace 4 minutes walk
- Biennale Arsenale 7 minutes walk
- Palazzo Grimani 10 minutes walk

BEST location. Walking distance to all attractions (Saint Mark square and Doge's palace 5 minutes walk) but in the non-turisty east side where locals live. Affordable restaurants and bars, supermarkets 2 minutes walk from the apartment. Excellents price/value for this area (here are the most expensive hotels of Venice like Danieli, Metropole...).
Easy arrival from airport (Alilaguna waterbus from airport pier arrives at 4 minutes walk to the apartment).
Easy arrival from train and bus station (fast waterbuses 4.1 and 5.1 connects in less than 30 minutes).
BIENNALE Arsenale is 7 minutes walk.
