Orchard Cottage is a luxurious, high quality, open plan dome-shaped cottage. It has a super king sized bed, lounge area with wood-fired stove and 55” TV with Freesat, wi-fi, fully-equipped kitchen area and spacious shower room. It is fully insulated, for cosy stays all year round.

It is set in the grounds of Ballawyllin Farm within our orchard area. It has its own outside patio area, exclusive access to an outdoor hot tub, and shared access to a sauna, set in a separate patio area.

The space
Orchard Cottage is a luxurious, high quality, open plan dome-shaped cottage, designed and built on the Isle of Man. It has a super king sized bed, lounge area with wood-fired stove and 55” TV with Freesat, wi-fi, fully-equipped kitchen area (including dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge, freezer, oven and microwave) and spacious shower room. The cottage is fully insulated and heated, for cosy stays all year round.

Tea, coffee and sugar are provided in the cottage. Towels, linen, bathrobes and slippers are all provided.

The cottage is set in the grounds of Ballawyllin Farm within our orchard area. It has its own outside patio area for relaxing and enjoying the spectacular view down the Baldwin Valley, local birdlife and wildlife. The cottage has shared access to an outdoor hot tub and sauna set in a separate patio area. It is ideal for a relaxing break in nature, or as a central base to explore our beautiful Island.

There is step-free access to the cottage from the parking area, via a 12m long ramp. The cottage is single storey, with a low threshold from the patio area through the double entrance doors, and a low threshold to the shower. It is suitable for those with limited mobility provided they can negotiate the access ramp.

In the winter we provide one bag of logs for the fire for every two nights' stay, with additional bags available for purchase if required. Weekend breaks (min 2 nights, starting either Friday or Saturday) are available in off-peak periods. Shorter stays during the week are also available in the winter months.
