Our apartment is a newly built seafront penthouse that offers stunning views to the sea and walking distance to the beach.
It can accommodate up to 4 people and it is perfect for a family/couple. The apartment has an open plan, living room area with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine & clothes drayer, and fully equipped bathroom.
A wooden staircase leads to the bedroom that has a queen size bed and a drawer.
The living space opens to a huge seafront veranda.

The space
The penthouse is on the 4th floor of a newly built seefront building. The access is possible by staircase.

The guests have access to wi-fi, there is a 42'' TV in the living room, washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, coffee makers, toaster, juicer and all the cooking equipment.

The bedroom has a queen size bed and there is also a convertible sofa in the living room. We also provide a baby bed along with sheets, towels, baby bath and baby feeding equipments such us high chair, plastic spoons and dishes.

There are also closets and drawers that can be used by our guests.

You will find sunbeds and dining table in the veranda to enjoy the open view to the Argolic golf.
