Beautiful area

Guests love this home’s scenic location.
Secluded Sunhouse situated at the bottom of a large 2 acre garden. The house is surrounded by a conservation area and there are beautiful walks to the coast from the doorstep. Yet it is only 1/4 mile from a train station & Suffield Arms. The Sunhouse: open plan self contained living space, which comprises of a kitchen diner & Lounge / sleeping area, with a wood burner. There is a bathroom with shower.
Depending on the time of year you visit it will be in different stages of growth and bloom.

The space
Wonderful spacious guesthouse with wood burner, terrace and garden.
Guests have access to the paddock at the end of the garden, with a lovely brook running through. From the paddock there is direct access onto the Common.
There is a dvd selection and tv to play them on, as well as board games, a selection of books and some local area information. No tv signal.

Logs are provided during winter months. Mid October-March. Please note if the outside temperature is not less than 18 degrees we do not provide logs)

We have let a lot of the garden grow to encourage insects and wildlife. Depending on the time of year you visit it will be in different stages of growth and bloom

To access the lodge you can either reach this by foot through the Common or by car park near our house and walk past our house.

Other things to note
There is a DVD player and a selection of films to watch.
There is a quiet reading corner with a variety of books
Board games and local area information.
