This 1 bedroom 1 bath 1st floor condo is on the quiet side no highway noise. It has spectacular views of the Boca Ciega Bay from your private deck. Sit back and relax as the dolphins play and boats cruise by. The resort offers an over sized pool deck, pool and jacuzzi that overlooks the Boca Ciega Bay as well as a private pier for fishing and kayaking. This condo is minutes from restaurants, shopping and the beaches.

The space
This one bedroom condo is fully furnished just bring your suitcase, drop your bags and relax. The bedroom has a queen size bed and a HD 48 inch TV. The living room has a full size sleeper sofa bed and a HD 48 inch TV. Recently added is a pull down Murphy Bed for more sleeping comfort as well as a fold out table for dining. There is also two counter top chairs for the kitchen area. The kitchen area has a full size stove and microwave as well as a refrigerator, cookware, dinnerware, utensils and coffee maker. There is a dishwasher and a unitized washer and dryer for your laundry needs. The condo comes with high speed internet.

There is plenty of unassigned parking in the front lot. There is elevator access to all floors as well as stairs on either end of the complex. There is a common barbecue area for your use as well as an area to store your kayaks and bicyles
