The neighbourhood is friendly (nice neighbours), the street is quiet and convenient walking distance to the city centre, Chichester Festival Theatre etc. Less than a mile to the centre.

Nearest convenience store is down Little Breach, turn left, walk straight until zebra crossing and its on opposite side - less than 10 mins walk.
