*Path*
Please note that to get to the estate you need to cross 4 km of private forest road. We advise you to have a 4X4 or all-wheel drive vehicle, especially during the winter period and thaw from November to May because the path can be snowy or muddy .


*BBQ*
Due to cold weather during the winter months, our barbecue will be temporarily unavailable between November and April.

*FIREPLACE*
For the indoor and outdoor fireplace, we will provide about 8 logs per night for your stay. If you want more, you can write to us, we will sell it at good prices. We recommend bringing firewood and paper to make it easier for you.
The outdoor fireplace is not accessible from November to April. In winter: If you want to use the outdoor fireplace you are responsible for clearing access

*NETWORK + WiFi*
Please note there are no cellular data on the domain, sinceit is hollow in nature. The internet is present in the chalets, it will allow you to access the important things, but it is not powerful enough to support video conferences.

*TV*

*DOGS*
CATS ARE NOT ALLOWED. We accept a maximum of 1 dog under certain strict conditions and only with our permission. We are animal lovers but have had bad experiences in the past with owners who did not respect our property, thank you for your understanding.

๏ Guests must have at least 3 positive reviews of previous experiences on Airbnb.
๏ We do not accept young dogs at the bottom of 1 year.

๏ Guests must pick up the dog's excrement at all times and keep the class clean.

*FISHING*
We offer 2 fishing packages with sneakings that must be booked with us before your stay. The fishing season is from April 26, 2024 to September 8, 2024.

There are 2 small accessible lakes:

These lakes are ideal for recreational fishing and fishing initiation asthey are small shallow lakes. You can sail there easily. We charge a fee of $100 CAD if you want to use the electric motor installed on the rowboats.

Short-term package of three days maximum: $250 CAD+tx
- 50 trout caught including a maximum of 5 trout of 14 inches and over. The maximum in your possession that your permit must be respected, i.e. 10 trout per person in possession.

One week package: $500 CAD+tx
- 100 trout caught including a maximum of 10 trout of 14 inches and over. The maximum in your possession that your permit must be respected, i.e. 10 trout per person in possession.

With the package, a boat is included. Fishermen must have a provincial fishing licence and must respect provincial quotas per person.

The estate benefits from magnificent fauna and flora that the walker can enjoy year-round, whether on foot, cross-country skiing or snowshoeing. It is thus possible to walk three mountains (Mont Curé-Gravel, Mont Rossignol and Mont Thomassin) that offer incomparable views of Quebec City and its surroundings. The wildlife-loving hiker may even spot moose, white-tailed deer and other wildlife!

We are lucky enough to have There is also a huge enclosure with wild animals (different deer) that you can observe and feed, it is a great activity with the children!

If you continue a little further up, you will arrive at a plateau that overlooks the entire valley, there are panoramic views of Quebec City and its surroundings!

Domaine Genessee is full of activities including 40 kilometers of trails that are available in winter for snowmobilers!

Domaine Genessee, which means “the beautiful valley” in the indigenous language, it is the place indicated to enjoy nature, a huge private estate located in the north of L'Ange-Gardien along the Montmorency river for more than 7km in Sainte-Brigitte-de-Laval. This estate has ten square kilometers of forest, lakes, mountain rivers and a deer park. As well as a grandiose view of Quebec City! Snowshoeing,skiing,kayaking:)
