Mahesh's cabin was an absolute blast! We brought our dog Jake with us, he loved the trails out back. We loved the area, perfect for relaxing and exploring. This place really has it all.

This cabin. My lord, this cabin provided me and my wife one of the most relaxing evenings in our entire lives. We've been road-tripping from Boston to San Diego, so needless to say fatigue is real. Sitting on the porch, staring at the Arizona sky, and soaking in the wilderness around, we were at peace. If you don't book here, you're missing out, folks.

Mahesh's place was out of this world amazing. The secluded A-frame is escapism at its finest. Stargazing here at night took my breath away. A memory I'll never forget.

I'm in love with this special place! The A-frame is charming, yet well appointed, secluded, yet a short drive to restaurants and shops, and I can't say enough about the views. Nighttime on the upstairs deck will show you views of the stars that will knock your socks off! Breakfast on the downstairs deck is tranquil. It was everything we could have wanted for our long weekend getaway in Flagstaff. Mahesh is an A+ host- thanks for everything!

We were so pleased with this the special little A-frame cabin! We stayed 4 nights after visiting the Grand Canyon for a couple days. It is a perfect base location for visits to Sedona, Walnut Canyon, and all the surrounding area trails and attractions. Though close to town we felt "away from it all" as we enjoyed the scenery and wildlife while relaxing from the decks. It was stocked with everything we could have possibly needed or wanted- even a little telescope to check out Jupiter while gazing at the stars! We hope to visit it again!

Mahesh User ProfileMahesh is a superhost.

I am originally from Chicago but have lived in the Phoenix - Scottsdale area since college. We enjoy an active lifestyle of travelling, hiking, biking, and snowshoeing the trails behind the cabin as well as snowboarding and cross country skiing at nearby Snowbowl Resort. Most of our free time over the last couple of years though have been taken up on our renovation of the A- Frame and Tiny Cabin using sustainable building practices. Materials were 0 VOC bio based non toxic coatings that we manufacture and salvaged locally sourced Ponderosa Pine, recycled doors, windows, furniture, and fixtures. All three of us (including the dog) have allergies so we try to keep the cabin as dust and allergen free as possible. We find it rewarding to help bring families and friends together from all over the world to enjoy the wonders of Flagstaff and to share the living experience in our cabin. A portion of your homestay fee helps support Flagstaff Family Food Center, Food Bank and Kitchen.
