El Marquesado is a two-room complex located meters from the beach and a few blocks from the nature reserve. The currently refurbished apartment, located on the first floor, consists of 80 m2, plus 2 large balconies, one of them facing east, while the other facing west overlooking the park of the property in which the pool is located.
