Literally 1min walk to the beach! Just cross the main road to have your feet in the beautiful Peniche's dunes. Beach-wise the apartment is located in a very central area. Other than the beautiful and long beach just in front of it (Cova da Alfarroba Beach), other famous beaches like Supertubos, Molhe Leste or Baleal are just 2 to 3km away, a 5min drive by car.
Bike rentals, surf lessons/rentals and supermarkets are also easy to find around the apartment.

Very safe and quiet neighborhood. Located in front of a primary school, you might hear some kids playing during the day (if you are not in the beach - which you probably should). There's also a fishermen community nearby (Bairro da Prajeira) with some small supermarkets and cafes.
