Calm and convenient location

This area is easy to get around.

The Mount Pleasant Hotel in Sidmouth, close to the River Sid and opposite National Trust Parkland, is a perfect oasis in which to enjoy peaceful relaxation, yet the hotel is only a short level walk to the town and Sidmouth's lovely mile long sand and pebble beach.
During November - March we are listing the hotel for private hire. If you are looking for somewhere to host a family gathering or special occasion with friends then this is the place.

The space
We have 17 bedrooms, a large dining room which can seat up to 32 people and a comfortable lounge with 49" smart tv and Sonos sound system. As private hire you have the use of the entire property including the commercial kitchen, terrace, garden & laundry facilities. A private chef can also be hired along with waiting staff if you wanted to make the occasion extra special.

There is a car park on site with space for 17 cars.

Other things to note
During December we decorate the hotel for Christmas with a real Christmas tree in both the lounge and dining room along with Christmas lights on the outside of the property creating a magical festive atmosphere as soon as you arrive.
