California is experiencing an extreme water crisis. Different from the low desert of Palm Springs, you'll notice we don't have green lawns in the Hi Desert. We encourage water conservation practices here. We do not have a jacuzzi or cowboy pool because it is wasteful to change the water after each guest (to keep it sanitary) or load it with chemicals that end up in our ground water, plus water evaporates very quickly in this arid desert environment.
