Welcome to Sea Houses by Oasis Marigot, a collection of just 12 private hillside cottages on the peaceful north side of beautiful Marigot Bay.
Your 1-bedroom Sea House offers a full kitchen, bathroom, living area and private balcony in a lush tropical setting. The beach is just a short walk down the hillside, and guests also enjoy a shared swimming pool.
Each Sea House shares the same spectacular location while offering its own individual décor, character and charm.
The space
Sea Houses by Oasis Marigot offers a different kind of St. Lucia stay: peaceful, informal, and surrounded by the tropical beauty of Marigot Bay.
Our 12 Sea Houses form a small hillside community on the quieter north side of the bay. No roads run on this side of Marigot Bay; access is by a quick 3-minute ferry crossing, adding to the location's unique atmosphere.
Spend your days relaxing at the beach or pool, exploring Marigot Bay, sailing, enjoying watersports and island excursions, or simply unwinding on your private balcony.
The Sea House includes:
• Private bedroom with A/C
• Full kitchen
• Bathroom
• Living area
• Private balcony
• Shared swimming pool
• Beach within a short walk
• Restaurants within walking distance
• No TV. The view does the work.
Guest access
Guests have access to:
• Their entire private Sea House
• Shared community swimming pool
• Beach
• Beach chairs for our guests
• Ferry dock
• Walking paths throughout the property
• Cable car providing access up the hillside
Restaurants and waterfront activities in Marigot Bay are just a short walk and ferry ride away.

Please Note:
Ferry access: Sea Houses by Oasis Marigot is located on the peaceful north side of Marigot Bay, which has no road access. Access is by a quick 3-minute ferry crossing. A weekly ferry pass is required and costs US$30 per person.
Hillside setting: The Sea Houses are built into the hillside, and there are a number of steps between the cottages, pool, ferry dock and beach. The property may NOT be suitable for guests with limited mobility.
Parking: There is no parking directly at the Sea Houses. Guests with a rental car can use the free public parking area in Marigot Bay, just a short walk from the ferry dock.
Air conditioning: A/C is provided in the bedroom only.
Electricity: St. Lucia uses 220V electricity and Type G three-prong outlets. Guests travelling with North American devices may require an adapter.
Groceries: Marigot Bay has no full grocery store. We recommend arranging groceries for
your arrival or stopping at Massy Stores in Cul de Sac, approximately 20 minutes away.
Please ask us about our grocery-stocking service.
Travel insurance: Our cancellation policy is strict, so we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance shortly after booking to protect against unexpected cancellations.
