This is a very specious, simple and unique one-bedroom apartment located at the very heart of the city where you have absolutely everything within a 5-10min walking distance (sightseeing spots, caffes, bars, restaurants, shopping places, supermarkets, exchange offices, pharmacies etc.)

The space
This high-ceiling (2.7m) apartment is in a building from 1872 that was declared a cultural monument, due to the fact that a great historical person lived and worked here (one of the most significant Serbian composers - Stevan Mokranjac) and also due to authentically preserved architectural value.

The apartment is on a high ground floor, no stairs/elevators, you're out in the street in literally 10sec ready to explore the city.
