Lovely 2 bedroom apartment in quiet downtown Alicante neighborhood; walking distance to beach, city center, restaurants, amenities. The flat has a large outdoor patio where you can relax with a book after a long day at the beach or shopping. We love hosting and look forward to your visit.

The space
Lovely 2 bedroom apartment a brief 10 minute walk from the center of Alicante. The Alicante where visitors play is very small. 15 min walk to beach, 5 min to base of Castle mount, 10 min to center, 5 min to supermarket, 10 min to tram, etc.

The apartment has two bedrooms, although the second bedroom has a convertible bed so that two guests can enjoy the space as a sitting area and guests with children can use the convertible space as a bedroom (see pictures).

Guest access
You have full use of the apartment including a private bedroom and a convertible bedroom, living room with TV and pull-out couch, full bathroom with shower, full size kitchen with stove, range, large fridge, etc., eating area, outdoor patio with picnic table and patio chairs. All as seen in the pictures. Owners live 5 min away.

Other things to note
This little gem is our second venture with an Airbnb apartment. We have been lucky with our first apartment and have had nothing but stellar guests. We work hard to make them comfortable because we love what we do. They have made us SUPER HOSTS from the beginning. We look forward to maintaining that trend with this place. We invite you to join us on our new venture.

This is a quiet apartment located near the center of town, a comfortable walk to the beach, close to an interesting neighborhood undiscovered by tourists and steps away from Alicante’s concert hall, bull ring, and alternative cultural center. There is a fresh baked goods bakery 25 steps away from the front door. NO, you will not be in the middle of all the bars that are opened till all hours. NO, you will not find this apartment conductive to wild parties. YES, the apartment has a calming feeling that helps you relax. AND WE HAVE AIRCONDITIONING. You’ll remember us when you book a flat in summer without AC!
