Villa Caneva is a charming 120 sqm. stone-built villa nestled on a hillside surrounded by lush trees offering full privacy, just a short walk from the picturesque village of Prines. Only 10 minutes from Rethymno town and the nearby beach, this beautifully renovated property was originally a traditional aqueduct built in the 1950s, blending historic character with modern comfort.

The space
The villa comfortably accommodates 6 guests across 3 bedrooms, with the option to host up to 8 if needed.

Ground Floor:
-Living room with fireplace, TV, and indoor dining table.
-Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, connecting to the barbecue area and garden for easy outdoor dining.

First Floor - Three bedrooms:
-Two with queen-size beds (1.60 x 2.00) and access to a charming veranda.
-One with a bunk bed (two connected single beds).
-Bathroom with shower.
-All bedrooms are air-conditioned.
-Spacious veranda with seating area, offering beautiful views of the surroundings and pool.

Outdoor Area:
-Private swimming pool with ladder access.
-Pool terrace with outdoor shower, sunbeds, and umbrellas.
-Fully equipped barbecue area with charcoal grill and outdoor dining table.

-Parking within the villa premises.
-Entire property fenced with gated entrance for added security.

- Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at €15 per night from April to October and €4 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.
