Unique barn conversion nestled in a medieval alley in the heart of Fairford - open plan barn living with a snug living room and luxury bathroom. Climb the spiral staircase to the boutique bedroom or relax in the pretty, enclosed stone walled garden.
We're next door to a lovely 15th century inn with a choice of other pubs nearby; Italian restaurant; local shops; pharmacy; cafes and takeaways on hand - a perfect base to explore this lovely part of the world!

The space
One of three in a row of unique luxury cottages hidden in a pretty, medieval alley, originally associated to the Monk’s Chanting House (now the next door coaching inn and hotel) and our beautiful 15th century Church.

Oak floorboards with underfloor heating to the ground floor, oak floorboards to the bedroom with cast iron radiators, smart TV. The bathroom has a double sink vanity unit with large walk in shower and free-standing bath. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the store cupboard essentials needed for cooking. Large Fridge and separate freezer. Dishwasher and Washer Dryer. Smart 4K TV in the living room area and PS4 Pro with selection of games.

The Alley is just off the Marketplace - parking there is free, any time of day/night, however Wednesday is market day so don’t park there overnight on Tuesdays (they start assembling the market very early on Wednesday morning).
The Church side of the high street is free, any time of day/night. The shop side of the high street is restricted to 1hr Mon-Sat (9am to 6pm).
At the top of the high street, opposite Lynwood Café is the large town car park, which is free, any time of day/night.
