The Eco Paradise Condominium is a few meters from the beach, with a privileged location, 450m away from the Center of Cumbuco (Restaurants, snack bars, grocery stores, handicrafts and others). Excellent beach for kitesurfers and ideal for rest, with lots of sun, sea and lush landscapes. The night at the Center is very lively, with several options of gastronomy and live music.
SMOKING is NOT allowed inside the apartment.

The space
Our space is cozy and very clean, which is why we've received compliments and guests' intention to return many times. We think you'll like it too!
There is only one bedroom, with a king size bed and the kitchen has the main instruments to make a good food. Both the bathroom and the other rooms of the apartment are very clean and sanitized.
When leaving the apartment, the air conditioning must be turned off and the lights must be turned off.
Before checking out, the guest is required to take out the trash and leave the dishes clean.
