Winter fun includes riding All Terrain vehicles right out of the park; you can explore ghost towns, old mines, and even get to the "Desert Bar" directly from our home using off road paths.

The home, situated on the Colorado River, is fully updated, with very comfortable beds and linens. Everything you might need, ice chests, floats, out door chairs, are available for your use.

We have a STRICT no party rule. You may not have anyone to the home that is not registered as a guest. That means, if you say you will have a group of four, you may not have more than four, a caterer, a musician, even a relative over for dinner unless you receive permission from the host in advance and the waiver is signed. The home is monitored by neighbors, and unauthorized activity will be noted. The home also has video surveillance of outside areas.

Blue Water Lagoon is a gated community providing security to all of our guests. There is an unheated common area pool
