We also operate a nice, venue-type coffee house within our building. Guests are allowed to attend any music/art/film events at no cost.
Our commercial coffee house venue space is available at a special discount for our guest

This is a great little spot, located above a coffee shop. It's nearby to a couple restaurants & convenience stores. Some may find the walk to downtown a bit of a walk but we enjoyed it! There is a full kitchen which we really liked and a nice bathroom as well!

Very nice space that was perfect for my needs. Zero complaints. I would suggest to visitors to inquire about events in the venue below. I enjoyed the concert Saturday night but I could imagine a situation where it was a bit loud. Just a tip.

Perfect little rental! Appreciate the parking area & while I was not super savvy at first, the locks were great, I actually want to get one for my own house. Obviously everything in RI is close, so this was a great location - a bit noisy, but no real complaints, would recommend…
