Warm welcome to relax in our cottage located in the cozy Björnliden mountain village next to Grövelsjöfjällen, where the mountain is within easy walking distance.

Here you are close to fantastic hiking, lovely cross-country trails, nice alpine slopes, challenging mountain biking and wonderful nature all year round.

The space
The mountain cottage is 55 sq.m. and fully equipped, high up with open view. Large sliding doors in glass and a lovely terrace to rest on after today's hike.

In Storsäter about 6 km away is Fjällbua, here you can buy food and a fishing license. If you continue the road up towards Fjällstationen, stop by our wonderful mountain bakery and buy freshly baked buns to eat on the mountain. There is also Sjöstugan where you can rent canoes/rowing boats for a magical trip on Grövelsjön.

Track centre with well-prepared ski tracks is nearby. Ski slopes: Lövåsen 1 km (small button lift, see opening hours on the website), Idre fjäll (approx. 35 km) and Grövelfjäll 11 km.
