Guests love this home’s spaciousness for a comfortable stay.
Spacious 1500 sqft, 1st floor 3 bedroom unit, with a fourth room (setup as the living room) that can be closed off as well!
Walking distance to the Great Lost Bear (the most beers on tap in Portland), Mr Bagel, The Proper Cup, late night Crown Fried Chicken til 2am etc...

Small, well behaved dogs are allowed on a case by case basis.

The space
Linens, sheets and towels are provided.

Guest access
You can use the first door up the porch steps on the right side of the building has a keypad deadbolt.
You have a parking spot in driveway like in the picture in this listing. Pull up as far as you can to fit a second car if you’d like.
Plenty of parking on the street but make sure you read a the parking signs carefully.

Other things to note
If we have snow they might call a snow ban and you need to be aware of this during the winter months. When the city of Portland has declared a city wide snow ban for which means you cannot park on the city streets anywhere in Portland starting at 10pm. We will be plowing the driveway at some point during the storm, let us know if you need anything in the meantime!

Walkable-If you take a left out of Pitt Street on to Forest Ave, there is Bow Street Beverage on your right (at Dartmouth intersection) that sells all sorts of Local Craft Beer, Wine, Spirits and Mixers! Located across from Bow Street is the Proper Cup for Coffee. Just a tad further there is the Forest Ave Mobil Gas Station. Pass the Mobil you will find the Great Lost Bear, which is Restaurant/Bar that is highly recommended! Take Out/Dine in is available with a large draft beer selection, check out their website for their menu.
Other Restaurants in the Area (Woodfords Corner) without going Downtown.
