You'll be minutes from downtown, dining, and shopping (less than one mile). Easy access to main highways for sightseeing and hiking, and steps from our local trail system for exploring. Also less than 10 mins to UAA, Providence, BP, Alaska Regional and more for business travelers. I leave Fire Island scones and Kaladi coffee for you, and tips to live like a local.

Interaction with guests
Depending on the arrival time, I try to meet guests as they arrive - though many flights to Alaska arrive between midnight and 2am. If I don't meet you when you check in I stop by the next day and make myself available for questions or help during your stay - but overall leave guests to themselves. I live on site in the unit below the rental and am always available by phone/text.
I travel a lot myself and may not always be in Anchorage when you are - but will arrange check in and check out with you ahead of time and have people in Anchorage to help if needed.
This is a non-smoking unit and building, please do not smoke on the premises. Please do not wear shoes inside beyond the entry mat.

Born and raised second generation Alaskan that lives, works, and plays in downtown Anchorage.
My mom started a bed and breakfast when I was 6, and I grew up with new people at our breakfast table each day. I now live in a 4-plex our family owns and manage it for long and short-term tenants.
Living in Alaska, you have to travel to keep from going crazy - and I love exploring new places and meeting new people. I look forward to sharing all of my favorite local places with vistitors.
