Part of a converted barn/dairy dating from around 1700, this 2 bed annexe can be separated from our home for guests to use as self-contained accommodation. Stone walls, woodburning stove, built in pizza oven (suitable for warmer weather only). Rural location in the stunning North Pennines AONB, sitting at around 1500ft above Garrigill. Ideal for the Pennine Way the South Tyne Trail and the C2C cycle route. A short walk to Ashgill Force and within a 20 minute drive of High Force and Low Force.

Clare and Kaj are wonderful hosts. The house is full of charm and comfort. It’s an ideally located cosy getaway in a stunning part of the country. Would suit absolutely anyone - small group of friends, couples or families.

What a wonderful house and wonderful hosts we absolutely love it here it was so warm an snug when we arrived had really bad weather but that didn’t matter as we had all we needed logs for the fire sky tv with lots of movies an games for the kiddies my 3 year old absolutely loved…

We had a lovely stay in the heart of the Pennines. We were able to hike directly from the house and warm ourselves by the open fire in the evening. We would happily stay again.
