The space
CORONAVIRUS UPDATE - We will issue full refunds if changing covid restrictions prevent you from being able to make your stay. Please be advised we are once again welcoming guests and our housekeeper is following all government health advice and wearing full PPE for the cleaning between guest stays to give you extra piece of mind. She had also completed the Airbnb course on new cleaning guidelines.

This is a beautiful traditional seaside cottage in the heart of Cawsand. Narrow old fashioned streets run along the seafront in this sleepy Cornwall town. Howton Cottage is the perfect spot to get away form it all with several great pubs 3 beaches to choose from, water sports and coastal walks.
Cawsand and Kingsand are 2 quiet relaxing villages which are joined together. You can walk from one to the other in 5 minutes without realising you have left one and entered the next.

We do allow dogs but please do not allow them on the furniture or upstairs at all. Cleaning dog hairs off the furniture or the stairs will Incur an additional fee.
