BEAUTIFUL, cozy and spacious 1 bedroom with full en-suite, kitchenette/wet bar & some kitchen amenities w AC but no stove! Close to downtown & close easy access to the mountains (Banff). The suite does not have a door separating upstairs main house from the basement, but has a private entrance through a back door into your walkout basement. It’s in a safe neighbourhood with lots of walking paths & it boasts panoramic views of Aspen Woods with green space behind us - Perfect for RELAXATION!!
The space
NO STOVE in the kitchenette, but there is Microwave, Toaster, Coffeemaker, kettle, small fridge, plates, bowls, cutlery, cups, water & wine glasses, available for guests to use. There is no door separating the basement from the upstairs. Unfortunately we don’t allow cooking in the suite since we don’t have a stove nor a fan to regulate smoke in the suite!! If you prefer to bring a portable slow cooker or outdoor bbq, we respectfully ask that you use it at the backyard, there is an electric outlet to plug it in and a table you can set it up on to do your cooking outside.
We have a wooden counter top at an eating bar/ dining; therefore we don’t encourage cooking with hot pots, rice cookers, etc. as we believe it’s not safe to do so. We do have an air fryer we can provide if needed.
PLEASE NOTE: We have a beautiful & friendly 4 year old that lives upstairs in the main house , therefore some noise is expected.

Guests can access the backyard, entire private walk-out basement, with a separate entrance. And instructions on how to access the suite will be provided upon confirmed booking, Thank you!
Other things to note
NO DOOR Separating basement from main floor, but there is a semi - make shift separator. Please read the listing before booking !
A second bed will be provided upon request, for the 3rd guest and a $30 charge/night applies for extra 4th person! Only 3 MAXIMUM pple allowed at the booking rate.
Please NOTE: The bar butcher block countertop is NOT a chopping board , please don’t chop anything on it ( there will be extra cost applied if ruined ) . There is chopping boards provided for you !
Also do NOT unplug the TV firing and after your stay as this becomes an inconvenience to the next guest when trying to figure out if the TV works .. And if we ( hosts) are out of town , sometimes our cleaner doesn’t notice before the next guest checks-in - simply turn it off using the remote control .
