The space
Casa del lago Arenal allows its lucky guests to feel worlds away but is within 10 minutes from the charming village of Nuevo Arenal. One can find, in town, coffee and pastry shops, several bars and restaurants, grocery stores and other services. Getting to La Fortuna, the adventure capital of Costa Rica, is only a 45-minute beautiful drive through the rain forest. 

The property is professionally cleaned and sanitized. The rental rates are based upon the number of people utilizing the facility. There is a charge per person after the first two guests.
