In the best location in Morro, just 40 meters from the beach and 30 meters from the village/centre, our Flats are well equipped and decorated. Currently with new units, new outdoor area, camera service and night watchman; are a great option for those who want to enjoy a peaceful, comfortable, safe and well located stay.
The space
The Flat, Standard category, is a smaller Flat that is on the 1st floor and has the following amenities:
- 1 Bedroom with split air, LCD TV, SKY, double bed box, dresser, mirror, mini iron and mini ironing board.
- Bathroom with electric shower with central heating, mini clothesline and hairdryer.
- Living room with split air, LCD TV, double futon sofa bed, small table with 4 stools, kitchen with cooktop stove, microwave, refrigerator, water purifier, coffee maker, sandwich maker, blender and various kitchen utensils.
Services:
- Free Wi-Fi Internet.
- We provide bed linen and towels.
- Free cleaning service. (Exceptionally during the pandemic, due to new hygiene protocols, the cleaning service is being done every other day. If you consider it necessary to do it every day, please request it locally).
- Although they have independent administration, our Flats are located in the same area as Pousada Primeira Praia Suites. In this way, our guests can count on a security system with 24h cameras and night watchman at the Inn. In addition to having access to the outdoor common area, which has a small pool.
- Check-in time: from 2 pm to 6 pm.
Check-out time: until 11am.
(For arrival before 2 pm and departure after 11 am, we have a luggage storage space (available from 9:30 am to 5 pm).

Our Flats are located at the end of the street in the charming Vila do Morro/Centro, almost at the beginning of Rua da Primeira Praia. Being only 40 meters from the beautiful First Beach, which offers a wonderful view, delicious bathing in the sea, bar services by the sea, in addition to the famous zip line from Morro.
In the village, very close to the Flats, you will find great bars and restaurants, as well as supermarkets, coffee shops, shops, pharmacies and other businesses.
Just 300 meters from the Flats is the popular 2nd beach that offers day and night life. And until the 4th Beach, it is 1.2km.
And although it has a very centric location, our Flats are not exposed to the night noises of the village and beaches.
